  1. Subscriptions and MembershipsPaymentSubscription fees and membership pricing are clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize LegisLedger to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.Automatic RenewalLegisLedger subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected at purchase) at the then-current subscription rate. You will receive an email reminder at least 7 days before any annual subscription renewal. LegisLedger reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice before the change takes effect.CancellationYou may cancel your LegisLedger subscription at any time through your account settings at LegisLedger.com or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to member benefits through the end of your paid period.Refund PolicyNew subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase by contacting [email protected]. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, including fees for partially used billing periods. Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable after the renewal billing date.Exceptions to this policy may be made at LegisLedger's sole discretion in cases of documented billing errors or extenuating circumstances.


  1. Corrections and Editorial StandardsLegisLedger is committed to factual accuracy and maintains a public corrections policy as a core editorial standard.If a factual error is identified in LegisLedger content:

  • You may submit a correction request to [email protected] with a description of the alleged error and supporting evidence

  • LegisLedger will review all submitted correction requests in good faith

  • Verified factual errors will be corrected promptly, and significant corrections will include a timestamped editor's note indicating the nature of the change

  • Corrections are never silently deleted — an audit trail is maintained

LegisLedger's editorial decisions regarding whether a correction is warranted are final. LegisLedger is not obligated to publish corrections based on disputed interpretation, opinion, or analytical disagreement, only on verifiable factual errors.

LegisLedger will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your notice.MediationIf informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt non-binding mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Columbus, Ohio before pursuing litigation.LitigationIf mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Ohio. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of Ohio courts for this purpose.


  1. Governing Law These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to LegisLedger's Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Severability If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
